Pyxis will receive, collect, and store any information that you enter on your website or provide us in any other way. This involves your name, email address, and phone number should you enter them in our contact form or subscription form.

In addition, we collect the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the internet. How do we collect it?

You directly provide Pyxis with most of the data we collect.
When you enter your details in our contact form , Pyxis will collect this information in a database.

When you enter your email address in our subscription form, Pyxis will collect this information in a database.

When you use or view your website via your browser, session information is collected by Google Analytics.


How will we use your data?

Pyxis will use your personal information to reply to a query that you submit through the contact form, or to get in touch with more information that you sign up for through the subscription form.

How do we store your data?

Contact information goes straight to a Pyxis database so that we can get in touch with your company.
In regards to using the Pyxis software, each company has their own login. Their user account information is protected by a password which we do not have access to.

Pyxis is hosted on the platform. Your data may be stored through’s data storage and databases.
They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

It is important that Pyxis makes you fully aware of your data protection rights.
